PET Bottle Production The process of producing PET bottles starts with raw PET through a production process called ‘Injection Stretch Blow Molding’ (ISBM), which is used to manufacture blown containers such as bottles and containers. The stretching and blowing process can be subdivided into two processes called ‘one-step’ (or heating cycle stage) and ‘two-step’ (cooling cycle stage).
