IN-MOLD LABELLING

The in-mold labeling process allows for unlimited creativity for customers. Even the most elaborate designs can be created to individually decorate the cube. IML is placed directly into the mold so that it is integrated into the bucket during the injection process. EVOPACK offers the possibility of fully or partially decorating the packaging with IML technology, for example: you can decorate the front and back parts with IML.

OFFSET PRINTING

Offset printing is a cylindrical printing process, widely used in the packaging industry. Offset technology is most commonly used to decorate plastic buckets. EVOPACK offers the option of up to 6 colors for offset printing.

COLOR CHOICE

In addition to standard colors, EVOPACK offers the possibility of producing cubes and lids with specific colors according to customer needs:

Pantone with standard colors.
Special colors and individualized specifications.
Natural/translucent colors.
Transparent color.

3D DESIGN STUDIO

Design your cube preview using our 3D application. You can project printed images/IML in any way into the cube and customize them with colors for the lid and body of the cube. Once the steps are completed, a PDF file with the 3D-designed cube image will be generated. This way, you can have a concept and a real design idea for your marketing service. To facilitate visualization of the final product, thanks to virtual reality, you can even simulate the visualization of your cube live on a shelf and thus have a clear overall appearance at the point of sale.
