Flexible beacons are made by blowing linear low-density polyethylene (LDPE). This material is very flexible and tear-resistant, giving these beacons excellent performance against road aggressions. The body of the beacon is made with light-stable dyes and UV-resistant additives that provide resistance and long-lasting aging. The coating of the two retroreflective film strips is done with a semi-automatic machine, which allows for impeccable finishing. A polyamide disk inside the base distributes the fixing load and improves tear resistance in case of collision. They are fixed by means of expansion anchors included.”

Flexible beacons with two perimeter reflective bands with mechanically fixed ends ensure optimal permanence of the film. It is available in level 1 or 2, as per your choice.

The conical base of the flexible markers, protected by an indeformable tray, facilitates the descent of the markers without tearing or permanent deformation.

The fixing system is integrated as standard in the flexible beacon. An 18mm diameter x 160mm deep hole made in the pavement is all that is necessary for its installation, which, when properly done, guarantees a long stay in its location, proof against repeated impacts and accidents.

The standard color of flexible beacons is intense green.
