EVOPACK has developed new boxes with integrated crocodile lids, the safest on the market, with a security seal that provides our customers with unparalleled protection against theft. Stack them securely when loaded and they can be nested, reducing transportation costs, speeding up handling, and eliminating packaging waste. The boxes with integrated lids have improved safety features. These models include locking teeth in the lid that interlock with the container base, ensuring the lid cannot be opened when equipped with the security seal. The ALC boxes are 10% lighter than existing models, reducing fuel costs and improving carbon footprint. The ribbed finish on the long sides and lid allows for easy removal of adhesive labels without leaving sticky residue, while the label holder preserves and protects identity documents and labels. Our ALC boxes have special anchors that allow the lid to be opened by automated handling equipment. The tops hang vertically when opened, avoiding hooks on the sides of conveyor tracks and other handling equipment, and feature a beveled edge at the base that ensures smooth passage on conveyors (avoids collisions with rollers).
